BT line installed

Finally the BT line was sorted yesterday and we were given our telephone number and it works. Only problem is, when I was trying to sort the internet out both Be and O2 keep saying - At present BT is unable to tell us how far you live from your exchange and so we can't give you an accurate speed estimate.

Any idea how long till this shown?

That's 1 problem out of the way. It is now saying that I can get up to 13 meg

Just need to to wait a couple of days for the Royal Mail database to be updated so I can order the broadband.
