BT Mobile - MMS Queue

A friend is having a problem with their new BT mobile SIM. They can send and receive calls and SMS, but MMS just queue.

I have checked mobile data is active. I have checked the APN information matches that on the BT web site as well. Still no luck.

It is a Xperia Z. Any ideas?

What's the current APN settings does your friend currently have on the phone?

you set the APN for MMS and Internet or just internet?
