I've started getting regular random redirects to the site "msftconnecttest.com" and it just sits on a blank page. Does anyone experience that with their BT Smart Hub? Should I be doing something to fix that?

Virgin Broadband - I miss you. :(

Edit: Now getting this, although the internet is accessible and access isn't blocked.

You've checked that there aren't any access controls configured?

msftconnecttest is a Windows 10 thing used to check if you have internet connectivity. I'd guess that it could be a symptom of a connectivity issue, not the cause.
