I renewed my BT contract (as of last monday) for another year and switched to unlimited infinity. I also opted to give Netflix a try. Unfortunately BT have been singularly incompetent at handling this. I was told initially that I should receive a registration email from Netflix last monday, after 3 painful phonecalls with BT's dreadful Indian call centre I am now told that it will be another week until Netflix is sorted out!
I am very minded to cancel doing Netflix through BT and just sort it out directly with Netflix. Therefore I wanted to check if there was any benefit to getting Netflix through BT?
