BT News server login ?

I am a BT customer I have used Forte Agent to login into the BT news serverin the past.

Forte Agent now reports an authentication error and asks for a login and password to access the BT News Server.

I don't really have a BT Broadband login id and pass with a BT HH5.

Is there a generic id and password for the BT news server?
