BT Openreach modem

Quick question in regards to my modem.

LAN1 port has steady green and im having no connection issues however every 5 seconds or so an additional amber light flashed twice from the LAN1 port.

What does that represent??

Mine is a steady flashing green (LAN1) with no amber light at all.

DOH! The port .... Steady green with steady flashing amber.


Green light being steady green - Connected
Flashing amber - data transfer?

Was just wondering as flashing amber can mean different symptoms on routers etc.
