BT or Virgin?

I current have Virgin 2mb broadband after having to downgrade from 10mb Virgin due to financial issues. I am able to get BT Broadband 10mb for cheaper than what i'm paying for the Virgin 2mb. But i've read reviews of BT sucking bananas.

Any help is appreciated, cheers

do not sign with bt. they suck donkey balls and i'm just about to leave them myself for pastures new. and i'm guessing that's a typo, you can't get 10mb from bt.....

BT have gone totally downhill. Wouldn't touch them with a bargepole.

On the other hand, there are plenty of other ADSL ISPs that aren't BT.

Agreed. Stay well clear from BT, unless ofcourse you like overpriced, traffic managed broadband with Indian call centers.

Go for someone like Entanet, IDNet, Zen, Newnet or other good ISP's.

Have a look at the ISP ratings at http://www.thinkbroadband.com/. I've used Plus for three years without too many traumas but the favourites here seem to be Be if it's available on your exchange and ADSL24.
