So literally just noticed our BT broadband package is going up in price from 1st December. Got no email, letter or anything! Only found out after checking bills on bt.com.
Going to be using that as my reason for leaving, plus the horrendous customer service. Our faulty hub replacement has somehow been lost by BT too and they have no record of even being asked to replace it! Needless to say i'm less than impressed. Any ISP recommendations? We don't have fibre available yet, not due here until June next year. The lady in retentions was very keen to tell me they are apparently the no 1 provider, honestly laughed when she said that. Have now got MAC and now looking for a new (and BETTER!!) provider.
