Hey.
I bought a house back in March which unfortunately is unable to get either BT fibre or Virgin Media 'fibre' broadband, which sucks, as my previous property, which is only a few streets away could.
Turns out this is due to my new property having an 'Exchange Only' line.
So I currently have bog standard ADSL 16Mb broadband from Sky.
I was debating whether to have BT install and additional line and take out another ADSL contract on that line, however I was wondering whether BT would just 'split' my current line and therefore defeat the purpose of having the new line installed.
Had a quick Google but couldn't find anything obvious, so be grateful to see if anyone knows anything about this or can propose an alternative that I may have missed?
