Hi, I have just bought a second hand smart hub type B and after resetting to factory and entering my user name and password for john lewis broadband I can't get it to connect, it brings up a message "the broadband domain that you've entered is either incorrect or is not supported by your smart hub"
"please check your username and try again".
I have logged into my john lewis account online so I know my credentials are correct so can you advise me as to how to get this working.
