BT Sport and Homehub 2

I have read that BT sport uses Multicast protocol.

Is the Homehub 2 which I have compatible with this?

Will need to call them to see what they say as it seems there are multiple versions of the Homehub 2

BT Home Hub 2.0 (Infinity) - Software version 4.7.5.1.83.2.11.2.6 (Type B)
BT Home Hub 2.0 - Software version 8.1.H.U (Type A) or Software version 4.7.5.1.83.3.37 (Type B)
