BT USB dongle error...help!

Trying to sort a problem for a friend. He has a laptop running Vista basic and a BT USB dongle for mobile internet.

The software installed fine off the dongle and the dongle LED blinks indicating data connection. However, when trying to run the software I get the following error message "25041 Failed to start web server" and nothing happens.

Any ideas?

Got it sorted in the end by updating the connection manager software that loaded off the dongle.
