Bt Voyager 205 & 210 modems - differences?

Does anyone know the difference between these two from Bt?.

I have a 205 here and i have looked at the 210 and cant see any obvious difference, maybe a software difference or something, the 205 & 210 both allow 2 connections at the same time, one USB & one Ethernet Connection.
