BT Yahoo and Spam

Any of you got BT Yahoo mail accounts. Usually the spam filters are excellent but recently they've been failing to catch messages of the following format:

Get similar messages 10 times a day sent to the same three email addresses including mine. Honestly, I really hope one day you have to PAY to send emails (unless they are friends/family/businesses). It would sort this out.
