Well it seems that the main BT search system has been down since Saturday last week. I'm really desperate to get my line re-connected at the propert I have just moved too, but they are unable to even do a property search to see what needs doing etc. I have tried them each day over the last week! They did say they would call me back when the system is working again but tbh I never trust them when they say that!
So I have had the property a week and still have no idea when the line will get sorted! Then I will need to activate BBand on the line, which can't be done until I get the new phone number!!
What a farse.....
