bt_test issues

I can authenticate with bt_test but i cant with anything at oneteldsl2.net anymore , came back after a few days off my pc and now my adsl will no longer connect says wrong password , rung onetel they said they have to pass it on to B.T but its been a few days now and nothing im unsure of what to do i cant live without my internet and am currently at a friends anything that anyone could advise me on?

Get on the phone again and chase onetel.

OK , apparantly i heard its a common problem between people upgraded to 2meg and they get given some sort of test login and its never resolved?

The only way to get these types of issues resolved usually is to chase your ISP and get them to chase BT wholesale.

If you are just having varification issues i can't imagine it being that hard to sort to be honest.

Bt wholesale won't entertain you. They will just tell you to contact your ISP.

just rang up onetel and shouted at them till they gave in and gave me a test user id to use.
