I'm trying to set this up for somebody so they can use Outlook Anywhere from Outlook 2007, rather than just OWA.
Having looked at some message headers, I reckon the internal Exchange server name is HEMV2DUKER.he.local. Setting up an Outlook profile goes so far (entering but then reports "The name cannot be resolved. The name cannot be matched to a name in the address list". I've configured the Outlook Anywhere settings with the msstd value (etc)
Does anyone know if BT use something other than {username}@btconnect.com for resolving mailboxes?
The user logs onto OWA as {username}@btconnect.com.
