Budget AM4 Motherboard

I am looking at putting together a budget AM4 build for gaming.

What's my best option on a B550 board for around £120

I'm looking at the MSI MPG B550 Gaming Plus but am finding mixed reviews.
Main draw is the good thermals and vrm.

Likely a 5600 for now unless I can find a good deal.
I am after something which will support something a bit more powerful in the future.

Depends what you value, more external USB ports, more M.2 slots, higher memory frequency support?

I've got a B550 Tomahawk in a 2nd build which is around your budget and it's been solid, I think the board is very similar to the Gaming Plus?

From what I can tell the only difference is the extra heatsink for the second M.2 and a better audio codec.
Could be worth it for the extra £20.
