Hi
I’m just looking for a budget audiobook/mp3 player to use to help fall asleep.. yeah I could use my phone, or one of my iPods.. but I just want something separate so it doesn’t affect the battery life of those devices.

A sleep timer would be essential and BT connection would be great so I don’t get woken up my my headphones wires wrapped around my neck.

Something like a Google Mini or Alexa?

Not sure of too many other devices away from just a phone/ipod. Although surely if it's to fall asleep to, could you not just have it plugged in so there's no impact on battery life? Battery impact is generally pretty low as long as the files are stored locally and screen is off.
