my brother just bought this few weeks ago. its a good one. easy to set up also. has dolby atmos set up if needed also
The Denon 3200 seems to be getting all the awards for around that price...

Yeah the 3200 like the 2200 of last year is the budget amp to buy really, but the brief said cheapest. I thought some of the 250 quid range avrs might have had a 2nd HDMI out, but nope.
Prob pick up a denon 2200 for around the 200ish mark second hand.
