Budget build advice

Ive been asked by a mate to spec him a new build. Its just core components of CPU (+HS), M'board, RAM, GPU and possible PSU if required. The budget is £400. The system's going to mainly be used for games, and isnt going to be OC'd. Problem is - Ive been out of the loop for a while, hence my post!

Current spec is as follows:

CPU: AMD Sempron(tm) 2200+
M'board: Abit KW7
RAM: 512Mb
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce FX 5700LE
PSU: 350W

Ive been looking about, and an Intel & Nvidia combination seem to be the best value at the moment (despite being an AMD & ATI fanboy), and have come up with this as an initial draft:

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E7300 LGA775 'Wolfdale' 2.66GHz £91.64
Cooler: Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro CPU Cooler £18.79
M'board: Asus P5K SE-EPU Intel P35 £82.24
RAM: Corsair 4GB DDR2 XMS2 PC2-6400C5 TwinX (2x2GB) £39.94
GPU: Asus GeForce 9800 GT HybridPower 512MB GDDR3 HDTV/DVI (PCI-Express) £111.61
PSU: Antec Basic 500W PSU £44.64

Total: £388.85

What do you guys think? Well rounded, or should priorities on the budget lean different ways? Your advice is appreciated!

Ah great! I wasnt sure whether to go for ATI or NVidia. Thanks for the input!

Reflux - any particular reason for the Gigabyte? The newer chipset? Also the PSU - do you think 450W is going to be enough, or do you rate Corsair over Antec?

I currently have a corsair psu, had no problems with it was so ever. Highly recommend them.
As for gigabyte mobo ive just ordered myself an asus p5q deluxe (should arrive any day now) although I have heard many good things about gigabyte
So it really just comes down to what extras you want etc but what reflux posted is what I would go for
