A friend and me are bulding a new pc for his son. Will be using it web stuff ( Facebook,,You tube etc) games,,Battlefield 4,,,FIFA 14. We already have the following;
Western Digital Caviar Blue 500gb HD.
OcUK DVD SATA Rewriter.
PC Power & Cooling Silencer Mk II Series 600w Power Supply
BenQ GL2460 moniter.
ATI Radeon HD 6970 2GB GDDR5 PCI-Express
TeamGroup 4Gb (1x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz Single Channel Module.
Windows 7 (Retail)
We're hoping we can use at least some of the above hardware,,,the idea is to upgrade the graphics card at Christmas.
So we need, CPU,MB,Case, and any replacement from the above list if needed.
Ideally a i5 would be nice,,it will not be overclocked and also if money allows maybe a 120gb or above SSD.
The budget we're looking at is £400. Thanks for any advice guys
