Budget Build - Check my spec!

Just spec'd my mate a budget build, thought id run it over with you guys before I order it for him.

He doesn't need a GFX card, monitor, mouse, keyboard or OS and this is what i have come up with

Main uses are going to be surfing internets, gaming and office work,

Is there anything that you, more educated types, would change? Budget, strictly NO more than 450!

My mate definitely wishes he could have the i5 spec... Just a little bit expensive!

Otherwise, I took the advice with the processor on board but dont really fancy my overclocking ability to making it stable, so I went for the quad core seen as it was on offer. I did change the RAM, HDD and PSU to the ones mentioned and thanks for the advice guys
