Budget build for young gamer

A friend has asked me to spec her something for her 13 year old son that would be somewhere around the £500-£700 mark.

Games being played are

• Minecraft
• World of Warcraft
• Call of Duty Ghosts
• Battlefield 4

So something that could hopefully run the likes of BF4 on medium at a decent fps.

Preferabbly Intel and monitor included in that price, no SSD required. Any suggestions would be appreciated as my own specs keep going over budget
