Ok so completely new to the building side of pc's but something I've wanted to do for a long time and something I've followed for quite a while so decided to start the process. I've spec'd something up but could do with some guidance and advice.
1.Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 Motherboard (Socket AM3+, Up to 16GB DDR3, USB 3.0, uATX) - £41.87
2. OCZ OCZ-ZS550W-UK 550W ZS Series 550W 80+ Bronze PSU with 135mm Fan & single +12V Rail - £41.54
3. Kingston Technology KHX13C9B1B/4 HyperX Series 4GB 1333MHz DDR3 CL9 DIMM Memory Module - Black - £18.49
4.Cooler Master RC-430-KWN1 Elite 430 Midi Tower with Window - Black - £36.96
5 . AMD FX6300 Black Edition 6 Core (3.5/4.1GHz, 8MB Level 3 Cache, 6MB Level 2 Cache, Socket AM3+, 95W, Retail Boxed) - £86.04
6. Western Digital 1TB internal Hard Drive - Caviar Blue (3.5 inch) £49.29
7. LG ELECTRONICS GH24NS95 LG (24X) DVD Rewriter SuperMulti with M-DISC Support (Internal) £17.35
Only thing I was undecided on was graphics card and not sure if I need extra case fans and a CPU cooler?
Computer will be used for general Internet usage, photo and video storage and gaming.
Haven't really set a budget but trying to spend as little as possible and will buy the parts every week or so.
Any help appreciated.
