Budget build

Looking for advice on a budget build.

It's for my parents and they only really use a computer for browsing the internet but would like to be able to watch/edit HD movies and edit photos. They wouldn't need anything near as big as a 1tb HDD so I was wondering if it was worth spending the extra to get a 250gb SSD to speed things up?

They'd need everything aside from the keyboard, monitor and mouse.
