Budget Camera for 4k video

Hi

I'm looking for a camera primarily for 4k video. I have a very small wedding to try and film (no high pressure for it to be perfect/professional) I'd also like be able to film some family events on something better than my huawei P20Pro phone.

I'm happy to use it on a tripod, buy new or used and I'm hoping to spend around £200.

Can anyone offer up suggestions?

Unsure for a video centric camera at that budget but could you not get hold of a phone that does 4k/60 well and hire a DJI Osmo gimbal?

The P20 Pro is getting on a bit now and doesn't do more than 4k/30 but the likes of Samsung S series, iPhone X/11 etc can do 4k/60. Otherwise an action cam like the GoPro or one of the cheaper Chinese alternatives?

I did think about an action cam there was a decent deal on a DJI osmo action cam but apparently it has poor low light performance.

@sgoaty - have you considered a site like Fat Llama (gadget rental)? I found a rental for the Panasonic GH5 DSLR which I believe is a pretty solid video camera for £25 a day in Aberdeen. Nothing of note when you search Sony. Same for Canon and Nikon. There's a Go Pro Hero 7 Black for rental but unsure how well it is at low light.
