Budget card

I'm after a budget card for my work pc, partly so I can carry on playing Civ 4 during my lunch, but mainly so I can use the HDMI port on my monitor as the pc I've just received only has a VGA port. A bit crazy considering it's brand new with a reasonably good spec.

Not looking to spend much more than around £50 if at all possible.

I would suggest having a look at this card.

Edit: If you can stretch to the 5570 (like the one Stulid suggests) then go for it - it performs much better and is cooler. Here is a review which compares them.

I've just been looking at this card myself. I always like the silent cooler on a GC, However i'm torn between..THIS card and THIS one. Which would you all recommend?

the 5570 is faster, only a McDonald's double cheeseburger more expensive
