Budget card

Hey Guys!

I'm looking for a cheap card for my Dad's PC.
He won't really be playing much in the games department, as in new games but may well be playing a few older titles.
Mostly playing videos and messing about with photos etc.

He has given me a budget of roughly £90

What do you reckon?

I mean you'd probably get an easy 25 quid for the games, the card becomes 95 quid.

If hes not gaming there's little point in wasting more money. Just get a cheap 460gtx or something.

What cpu? Onboard might be sufficient.
