whats the best budget card to pair with my a8 5600k or just on its own not fussed about crossfire whats the best one to get for about £100 thats my budget

If you can stretch to £108 then the AMD R7 265 is an excellent value gaming card with quite a bit of pixel-pushing grunt. Here is a review.
Alternatively, the GTX 750 Ti is about the same price and a bit slower than the R7 265 - however it uses about half as much power (only 60W) and runs very quiet.
