Hi everyone,

I'm quite new to PC building and would love some recommendations on a new case for my new motherboard.

I've decided to buy this uATX MB in the week only sales:

I'm also going to buy the AMD Athlon II X2 Dual Core 245 for it.

I have 8gb DDR2 from my old pc to slot in and I don't have enough money to buy any DDR3 yet because the rear tire on my mountain bike needs replacing and that will cost about £40. :o

My graphics card is a 9600GSO but I would like to upgrade this soon to a bigger (longer) card soon.

My old case is too ugly to look at now after 5 years. :D

I can only spend between £40 - £50

Thanks. :)

Reviews I've read rate the Antec 300 as probably the best sub £50 case but you might want to take a look at the Akasa Rev.4 Zen as Baked says, the Silverstone PS02B or the coolermaster Elite or Centurion 534.

Thanks again guys.

I'm really excited about my new case now because it looks like it will last me for many happy and fun years. :)

sorry, but I must agree with xappy and ask 'why?'

why have you decided to get a micro atx board? I can understand it suits the reasons above but does it have to be a 785, or it that the only chipset that supports ddr2 :s

I've just got this case for my parents rig im building tonight.

i didnt expect it to be this good, very solidly built.
For the price range its amazing, Cable managment holes already there, space for 2 fans at the front, one exhaust and 2 side fans.
Also its painted black inside too which is a plus.

Personally id recomend this to anyone on a budget build from now on.

Edit: Just realised im a little late :D
