Looking at buying a very budget clocking beast to play with as follows:

Intel E1500
Gigabyte GA-G41M-ES2L
OCZ Technology 2x1GB 240DIMM PC2-9200 Reaper
Zalman CNPS9300-AT PWM Aero Flower Cooler
Sweex 400 WATT DUAL FAN PSU

This is a sub £300 build with keyboard mouse and monitor included

Should clock quite well I imagine, but dont have much knowlage about that mobo. I had an E1400 clocked at 3.7GHz using an Asus P5Q-E board, but that was a bit ridiculous and had something like 1.6v running through it 24/7. But thats it, if you fry your CPU its only like £30 to replace so not too big a deal.

You considered the E3200 instead? Around the same price but uses a better core / manufacturing process (45nm wolfdale core compared to 65nm allendale) so should run cooler and clock further.

Let us know how you go on anyway, but those little celerons can clock quite far!
