Budget Compact for work

Been given a budget of 100 to get a camera for photographing at work, only real requirement be that it does "ok" in low light. Low budget I know but like to get the best I can for the price so advice welcome

Second hand Canon S95 or s100. Great in low light with f2 at wide angle.

Tell them they can have "cheap, good in low light, new" choose any two.
