Really need help buying some components for a mATX (Small Form Factor) Computer.

I already have at home from my old pc:
Will a normal ATX PSU fit in the Lian Li case? As will everythin else ?
Also will the old IDE hard drives i have work on the motherboard - i think it has One IDE connector...so will that mean I'll have to use Just my 160gb hard drive and a DVD drive at the same time - because I think you can connect 2 devices to obe IDE line?

I dont need a mega powerful pc, but I need a SFF one so thought Id get a Core Duo. I only play a couple MMORPGs and watch anime

- Two Seagate **IDE** Hard Drives 160gb and 40gb -- Will these work on an Intel board?

so which ever that is lol)
- 21" Widescreen and all keyboard etc
