Hi. First time posting on the forums here.

Really need help buying some components for a mATX (Small Form Factor) Computer.

So far it is planned as:

  • CP-126-IN Intel Core 2 DUO E6300 "LGA775 Allendale" 1.86GHz (1066FSB) - Retail (CP-126-IN) 1

  • MB-004-AK Asrock Conroe945G-DVI (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard (MB-004-AK) 1

  • MY-083-CR Crucial 1GB (2x512MB) DDR2 PC2-5300C5 Dual Channel Kit (CT2KIT6464AA667) (MY-083-CR) 1

  • CA-076-LL Lian-Li PC-V300 Aluminum Micro ATX Mini Tower Case - Silver (CA-076-LL) 1

Which comes to £345.36 Inc VAT

I already have at home from my old pc:

  • 256mb X800 GTO2 (Unlocked pipes etc) ATI PCI-EXPRESS GFX CARD
  • Two Seagate **IDE** Hard Drives 160gb and 40gb -- Will these work on an Intel board?

  • My normal ATX PSU (Akasa PAXPOWER sommat or other - it glows blue :P so which ever that is lol)

  • 21" Widescreen and all keyboard etc

Will a normal ATX PSU fit in the Lian Li case? As will everythin else ?
Also will the old IDE hard drives i have work on the motherboard - i think it has One IDE connector...so will that mean I'll have to use Just my 160gb hard drive and a DVD drive at the same time - because I think you can connect 2 devices to obe IDE line?

Thanks for any help
I dont need a mega powerful pc, but I need a SFF one so thought Id get a Core Duo. I only play a couple MMORPGs and watch anime :)
