So my friend is about ready to order a gaming pc. He wants it mainly for total war games and battlefield 3 his budget is £500-550 and he defiantly wants the case listed in the builds below. Basically which would you suggest or could you improve on any of them thanks.

Some great builds there. I would personally look at the 6300, but change the PSU for an XFX/Corsair or Thermaltake.

However, the i3 does have hyperthreading and a decent Z77 would give you the means to upgrade to a 3570k/3770k.

Ended up sending him the rig below with the warning of it will struggle with 64 player BF3 and have offered the alternative of a 6300. The motherboard supports Ivy and if the bios isn't new enough I can put my 2500k in to update it. This will give him a decent upgrade path. The 7850 is a must really with those games you never know he might even give them to me for putting it all together. I can dream can't I.
