Guys, over the past couple years I have built 3 systems, and spent a small fortune. 2500K with crossfire 7970, then I got a 3770k with the 7970, then I went with a 4770k and a 780....needless to say my lifestyle between work and uni meant that although I love building computers I rarely got any time to play any games:o

Everytime I built a system I sold it again within 8 months because I couldn't stand looking at it collecting dust. Now heres the deal, I really want to play titan fall, and home world hd when it comes out, but I don't want to spend a lot. Im talking the absolute best bang buck, without a monitor as I will be using my Sony TV.

I need everything bar a keyboard/mouse/os.

I started to look at the serious low end on the CPU, would a 750k cut it for gaming if paired with a mid range GPU? I could probably pick a 270 up cheap on the MM...I mean the 750k is only 55 quid!

I don't have a budget as such, to be honest I could buy another high end system if I wanted, but I will loose a fortune again. I thought it would be fun to build a cheap as yet still reasonable, hour a week, gaming machine. More fun possibly than a high end system.

Any thoughts would be appreciated! :)

yes i think right now for a six core cpu its the best bang for buck, seems to be getting recommended quite often. Just with that build it suggest going for a better board to start with because the 6300 will overclock quite nicely so best to get a 990 instead of the 970.

But you have access to the MM and there isa really nice complete system on there for £480 that will smoke this build so id go for that, looks really tidy.
