Budget Gaming Card

Hiya, I'm looking to get a new card for my brothers PC. He only wants to spend around £60, and he only games at 1024x768. Got any suggestions?

Edit: Oh and it has to be able to run 'the Witcher' smoothly

for £60 the best you will probably get is a x1950pro if you look about. Might have to be 2nd hand. Or if you want to go twice as fast stretch to a 3850pro which can be found quite cheap

i think a 1950 will be good for that resolution at the moment... Spending the extra £40 and getting a 3850 would be worthwile as it would ensure good framerates in the future.
