Hi there

I am looking for a new gaming monitor for my sons Xmas present.

He mostly plays COD/Fortshite and the likes.

Ideally 27”

He is a Nvidia fan boy (has a GTX2060 Super) so I am assuming G Sync is a good shout?? (I’ve been out of the PC game a long time so not sure on this these days )

Doesn’t matter if curved or flat

Budget around £200

Willing to look at reburb/clearence/Grade B ect

Anybody got any good suggestions?

Thank you.

Hi mate, how about a 31.5" 165hz 1440p LG on B-grade from OCUK for £220? I bought one brand new for £280 from them and it's awesome, they advertise it as AMD Freesync however it IS G-Sync compatible out the box without even clicking anything, as the drivers show :)

Only downside (moaned at by picky YouTubers) is that it's actually 350nitts SDR and 400nitts HDR and the HDR is crap - but what 400nitt monitor isn't for HDR lol), in reality it is VERY bright sat this close/being a 31.5"! Oh and they moaned that the stock stand isn't the tallest/sturdiest, but I already had a £35 adjustable vesa mount off ebay from the last monitor - so you could just change this later down the line IF it bothers you - I only use mine because I'm very tall so want everything at eye level...

Any the B-grade reduced price one...

Yes it is VA, but I've had zero issues playing CSGO/2 at 165hz 1440p!

If you like the monitor reccomended above or any other make Overclockers an offer.

Should be able to get it for £200 inc delivery.
