Budget Gaming pc - £400

Hello, I need some help putting together the best performing budget gaming pc for around £400.

I already have a sata HDD, case, keyboard, mouse, monitor and speakers.

I have been looking at AMD and INTEL setups but i cannot decide between them. Is amd the way to go with budget gaming systems?

Graphics wise i'd like to spend around £150 (and would be willing to increase budget for this)

The main game i want to play is ARMA 2, i think this is a CPU intensive game (and GPU intensive). I would also like to play bfbc2 and (after playing bf2 to death) am eagerly awaiting bf3!

Any thoughts on parts would be nice.

Is there such thing as a cheap, reliable PSU?

Yeah sorry, i have a DVD drive but its a IDE connection, so i think this will not work with a new sata board?

Haha i did notice that. Its a similiar setup to the other but with the i5!

Do you think its worth getting the i5 over the i3 (for the extra monies)

No,

its cheaper to buy a SATA DVD drive, than it is to spec a motherboard with a IDE connector.

Do you think i would see a large benefit in adding a SSD? Not bothered by the capacity, more about speed!

yea stulids a machine... fairly sures hes been sent back intime to improve peoples pc's for faster skynet or something
