Well im building a gaming pc soon and i just wanted to make sure im buying the right stuff, ive never built a pc before ive just looked round the forums at other people specs theyve been making for people and just took ideas from there. and i have OS, monitor, speakers and keyboard and mouse.

CPU: I was thinking the AMD Bulldozers i think there called there quite cheap and the reviews seem ok.

Graphics card: 7770 or 7850 depends how much the rest comes up to, Nvida seemed a little more expensive for my price range.

Motherboard: i realy dont no the difference so if anyone could help?

PSU: well i realy dont no what to buy here, but from what ive seen you look for one that ses '80 plus' on it, and also i was thinking if i should get more watts like 600-700 so i can upgrade in the future.

Harddrive: i just want a normal harddrive not an SSD something with some memory i was thinking a Seagate i think there called.

RAM: ive seen people posting the kingston crucial or something like that for £25.

Case: i was thinking zalman z9 it seemed cheap and for £41 and has lots of reviews

Sorry for the big long list i just didnt no how to show your basket on here i just want to make sure im getting everything right so i just dont buy anything and it dosent work.

Thanks for the quick reply! and yes something like that is the i3 better then the amd fx 4170? its around the same price and a quad core i think. And will this run most games on high-medium settings?

That will run games at high - ultra settings on 1080P quite nicely.

Currently AMD chips are away behind compared to Intel's chips and a Quad-core AMD is comparable to say a Pentium chip when gaming.

That sounds good sick of very low graphics, and oh ill stay clear from AMD then thanks for the spec man! oh yeh one last question i am buying this spec for plaent side 2 and on a video i was watching it was saying a dual core might make it lagg because its like a world vs world game and that you was to be better with a quad core. Could i go for the i5 2500k or would that put me out of the budget?

Doubtful a modern Dual core like these Ivy's will make it lag. So far its only massive BF3 games that cause the i3 to have problems ;)
