Budget Gaming PC

My brother wants a gaming PC for Xmas, for the base we have a budget of about £450. Would it be possible to build or buy something, that can a least handle BF1 on medium settings?

Intel Skylake built £20 over budget. but your still going to struggle to hit over 60fps on medium settings on that budget. I'd recommend going second hand or trying to fit atleast an i5 6400 into the budget which will take you up to around £80 to £90 over budget. (not taking shipping into account, normally its free over a certain price*)
