It looks fine, I don't know much about the motherboard though and I'd change the hard drive and probably the DVDRW to SATA models.

Sounds good, but again I would change the drives to sata, even my 3 year old piece of crap has sata drives.

Getting raptors in that spec is silly, the new SATA drives are almost as fast anyway.
