Hi folks!

My friend is looking for a budget card. Something in the region of £30-50. He's not running any high-end games, but he'd like the option for dual-output (2 monitors) if possible.

Any recommendations?
 
If he's not going to playing games then I'd look into a 2400 XT, great for media playback and so forth and has dual DVI, cost is just under £50. If he wanted lower then maybe a 2400 Pro which is £35 but doesn't have Dual DVI however does have 1x DVI, 1x VGA.
