Budget Graphics Card

Building a new PC for the parents. They only really use it for the internet. But Dad wants to play his Ship Simulator game.

So I need a budget Graphics card. I've lost track of the graphics card market. So don't know whats best for under £50.

Looking at a XFX 5450 for around £35, is there a better option for less than £50?
 
Planning on using 2gb Ram 800Mhz, E6500 Prcessor and an Asus P5QPL-AM Board

4650 looks ok. how does that compare to a 4850 (thats what I have in My machine and it runs most things nicely. I don't need anything as powerful as the 4850 as I don't think my parents are planning on playing BC2.
