im thinking AMD build, possible under 250 quid?
main use storing my HD movies in one easy to access place,
internet browsing,
must have bluray player,
no gaming,
want to keep it as quiet as possible, already got win7.
no idea on case does'nt have to me really small tbh.
Preferably low power consumption aswell.
