Budget i5 system

Trying to get as cheap as possible here, don't want to buy anything crappy though . Does this look ok? I have no intention to use crossfire so i'm guessing this cheap (cheapest) motherboard should do the trick? Will probably overclock at some point if not immediately, don't want to order this and find out the one £30 more is much better!

Also the Antec 300 seems a popular case, will this be ok on it's own or should i add a couple of fans to the order? I just lost £260 out of my budget to replace girlfriends netbook so no new gfx card for me, i have an old HD4870 i can use for the time being.

as everyone on these forums agree is the best for the price.

and with all of the other suggestions thats about all you can alter with that spec.

if you're trying to save money then this psu would be a good option OCZ ModXStream Pro 500w

i'd swap the case for this one Zalman Z7 Plus Midi Tower Case

and the hdd for this Samsung SpinPoint F3 500GB
