Budget Laptop £500-£600

Hi guys,

I am trying to find a budget laptop for a relative with a budget of around £500 - £600. The requirements are probably close to that of an ultrabook but I think they are all out of the price range. I initially hoped that I could find a haswell ultrabook but again I think this is ambitious.

Anyway the requirements are:

• 13-15" screen
• Long battery life
• SSD (I think this will be worthwhile, I can always install one)
• Thin and light

These are the main things I have been given to go off of, any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
