My parents have asked me to try and find them a laptop for browsing in the ~£200 range. The catch being preferably new. As stated, the primarily just browse and eBay but unfortunately their current Laptop is 'too slow'. I understand the budget isn't that great hence the question.
Any help would be appreciated.
