My friend is looking for a laptop in the region of £400 MAX. He wants it for browsing and using photoshop.
Im not familiar with laptop specs as i only build desktops. Can anyone suggest something ? was looking towards acer aspire e1-570 but wasn't too sure as the cpu looks weak.
