Budget low end GPU

Hi all,

Currently using my HD4000 graphics for basic gaming, but looking at spending around £60-£70 on a GPU, what is the best I can get for the money. I would like to consider getting a card now and running crossfire/SLI later to get improved performance.

I would like to run multiple monitors for general computing (not so much for gaming) and sometimes connect to HD TV's

I am happy to overclock

I look forward to your advice, suggestions and experiences.
